LIMITED
WARANTY FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS SOLD BY ADRETT HOMES
Please read this warranty policy. Ensure you keep your purchase
receipt (or invoice) for your product to enable you to proceed quickly
in the event of Warranty Service.
*Adrett
Homes provides One year limited repair/replacement warranty on the
products sold by it.
*Adrett Homes Warranty conditions do not super seed product specific
Warranty conditions which is given in detail with each product.
Warranty & the conditions laid down by specific manufacturing
companies shall prevail over the Warranty provided by Adrett Homes.
*It is required the customer has to bear the cost of courier or
postage to and fro from our office or from the locations of the
vendors (in US or anywhere in the world). Adrett Homes shall not
pay for any courier/postage charges to the customer.
*Warranty Void if the seal is Missing or Tampered with.
*Adrett Homes warrants to the original purchaser only, that the
product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
domestic use and authorizes free service during the stated warranty
period at any Authorized Service Center only, if applicable.
*All Parts, except external casings, are warranted and will be repaired
or replaced at the sole judgment of the Adrett Homes.
*Normal customer maintenance, that may be described in the owner's
manual, is not covered by the warranty and must be performed by
the customer.
*The warranty covers Adrett homes products if purchased and used
within the geographical boundaries of India through our authorized
Reseller/Dealer.
*This warranty assures you, repair/replacement of the defective
product with a similar product range available with Adrett Homes
within one year from the date of sale mentioned in the card.
*Warranty is provided at our repair center in New Delhi, and the
products shall have to be brought/arranged to be sent to our office
through any of customer's authorized representative.
*Adrett Homes will not be responsible for labor costs of removal
or reinstallation of Product.
*All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of The Delhi High
Court.
*This warranty does not cover if the product had been tampered with
or had been handled by a person other than the authorized dealer/Certified
Installer of Adrett Homes.
*In case of incomplete warranty card, i.e., ( no mention of date
of sale, absence of dealers sign, date and seal or expiry date )
then the warranty cease to be in force.
*In case of an absence of an authorized dealer in a state and there
arises an unlikely event of defect, customers should get in touch
with the company directly along with the photocopy of their warranty
card.
*This warranty covers only the Adrett Homes Products.
*In no event will Adrett Homes be responsible or liable for loss
or damage during transit. Once the goods are passed onto the carrier,
responsibility for the goods passes onto the buyer. The carrier's
terms and conditions take effect upon dispatch, and supercede AV
Wholesale terms and conditions. Insurance liability is therefore
that of the buyer.
*Under any circumstances, our liability, if any would not be beyond
the cost of the product/solution we sold. We shall not be liable
to pay any other charges or compensation on any account, what so
ever it may be.
* This warranty does not cover any defect arising due to
1. Improper or unprofessional workmanship at the dealer end or by
the person installing the product, example of one such giving improper
input other than what the product had been designed to withstand
for, using improper tools, damaging or defacing the physical attributes
of our products.
2. Performance variations arising due to passage of time, sustained
usage and climatic conditions.
3. Any extraneous particles entering the product or damaging its
physical property like water, dust, soil, burr or extreme temperature.
4. Any technical fault reason on account of poor or faulty supply
by electricity supply companies or telecom companies.
4. Any incidental expenses towards transportation and installation
etc.
5. Defects arising due to Acts of God.
In the event the product, or any defective parts, are returned to
the Authorized Service Center, a copy of your purchase receipt (or
invoice) must be enclosed to be a valid warranty. Such equipment
or parts must be sent to the Authorized Service Center within 7
days of the defect being found, otherwise the purchaser will be
responsible for repair or replacement costs. After the repair (or
replacement), the unit will be available for collection by the owner
or it will be returned to the owner. The Warranty does not cover
freight or insurance. In all cases of in-transit damages or loss,
a claim must be filed against the carrier by the purchaser. Your

revert back to you with in 48 working hours.
Under any circumstances, Adrett Homes' liability shall be limited
only upto the depreciated value of the products purchased and Adrett
Homes shall not pay for any damages, claims etc. arising on account
of failure of any product for whatsoever reason it may be.
Additional Terms for Extended Warranty
Extended
warranty does not apply to rental or any other commercial use. Extended
warranty is not transferable to any subsequent purchaser or refundable
if the product is sold during the life of the program. |
LIMITED
WARRANTY FOR HAI PRODUCTS
HAI warrants
that products manufactured by HAI under the HAI brand name (“Product”)
sold in the USA will be free from defects in material and workmanship
for the time periods indicated below, whichever is shorter:
• OmniPro and OmniPro II: three (3) years from installation
or 42 months from manufacture date
• Omni, Omni II and OmniLT: two (2) years from installation
or 30 months from manufacture date
• Thermostats, Accessories: two (2) years from installation
or 30 months from manufacture date.
HAI’s obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to
the repair or replacement, at HAI’s option, of Product that
fails due to defect in material or workmanship. HAI reserves the
right to replace Product under this Limited Warranty with new or
remanufactured product. HAI will not be responsible for labor costs
of removal or reinstallation of Product. The repaired or replaced
Product is then warranted under the terms of this Limited Warranty
for the remainder of the Limited Warranty time period or ninety
(90) days, whichever is longer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover PC-based software products.
HAI is not responsible for conditions or applications beyond HAI’s
control. HAI is not responsible for defects or problems as a result
of such conditions or applications. Such conditions include damage
to Product while outside of HAI’s possession, by its improper
installation, including failure to follow written Installation and
Operation instructions, normal wear and tear, catastrophe, fault
or negligence of the user or other problems external to the Product.
THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL LOSSES OR DAMAGES
RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER SHALL BE REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT,
AS SPECIFIED ABOVE. HAI SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHETHER BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES
DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND NO PERSON, (INCLUDING ANY AGENT, DEALER
OR REPRESENTATIVE OF HAI) IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION
OR WARRANTY CONCERNING PRODUCT EXCEPT TO REFER ORIGINAL PURCHASER
TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED
WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER
RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
RETURN FOR REPAIR POLICY FOR HAI
When you have an HAI product that requires a repair you will need
to fill out a Return Authorization (RA) Request Form. All equipment
returned for repair must have a RA Number. To obtain this number
either fax a completed RA Number Request Form to HAI at (504) 253-2958,
call our RA Request Line at (504) 736-9810, ext. 3, or send an e-mail
to ra@homeauto.com. Any RA Number Request Form sent via fax will
receive an acknowledgement within 8 working hours after receipt.

The
following information is required for RA Number requests:
Company Information
Include company name, complete address, and a point of contact with
phone and fax number.
Product Information
Include the product part number, serial number, date code
and reason for return. If you cannot determine any of this information,
please have the product with you or near you when you call to receive
your RA Number.
Return Service
Include the repair service: Normal or Expedited (additional
charges apply), and the method of return shipping (note ground shipping
is included, whereas shipping and handling charges will apply for
all other shipping options). All charges must be paid in advance
with a credit card.
Incomplete information will delay the RA Number issuing process.
If product is not returned to HAI within 60 days of RA Number issuance,
the RA will expire and a new RA Number must be obtained. Returned
products must be carefully packed, with the RA Number clearly written
on outside of package, and returned freight pre-paid to:

Please obtain an RA Number before returning a package to HAI. HAI
will not accept any package for repair that does not have an RA
Number. If the product is out-of-warranty or if the warranty has
been voided, then a credit card will be required to secure the repair.
You will need to provide this credit card number to an HAI representative
at (504) 736-9810, extension 3.

LIMITED
WARRANTY FOR CENTRALIE PRODUCTS IN INDIA
Elegance™
-- LiteJet™ -- StarLite™
5 Year Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is extended by CentraLite Systems, Inc. (CentraLite)
to the original end-user of the accompanying CentraLite product and
is transferable upon CentraLite receiving original end-user warranty
card information and upon CentraLite receiving new end user warranty
information within 30 days from date of property transfer. This limited
warranty provides 100% parts coverage for defects in materials and
workmanship for the product under normal use and service for a period
of two (2) years from the date of system purchase. For the remaining
three (3) years, the limited parts warranty provides 75% coverage
during the third (3rd) year, 50% coverage during the fourth (4th)
year and 25% coverage during the fifth (5th) year. The limited warranty
period is five (5) years from the original date of system start-up
and there shall be no explicit or implied warranty after the expiration
of the warranty period. The first two full years of the five year
limited Warranty period includes diagnosing problems, repair or replacement
of defective parts and labor. The remaining three (3) year period,
is a prorated parts replacement program. In all cases, at the option
of CentraLite, serviceable used parts that are equivalent to new parts
in performance may be supplied to replace defective parts. All exchanged
parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property
of CentraLite. All replaced parts and products are covered for the
duration of the original warranty period. This Limited Warranty does
not extend to any CentraLite product not purchased from CentraLite
or from an Authorized CentraLite Dealer. This Limited Warranty also
does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective
(a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse;
(b) by operation outside the usage parameters stated in the Product’s
User’s Guide;
(c) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by CentraLite;
(d) by modification of the Product, or
(e) as a result of service by anyone other than CentraLite, or an
Authorized CentraLite Dealer. This Limited Warranty is valid only
within the country in which the Hardware Product was purchased.
CentraLite is not responsible for failure of the product, which results
from accident, abuse, misapplication, or alteration of the product,
and CentraLite assumes no liability as to consequence of such events
under the terms of this warranty. Incidental and consequential damages
caused by malfunction, default, or otherwise with respect to the breach
of this warranty are not the responsibility of CentraLite.
Exclusions
Excluded from Coverage:
Abuse, misuse or accident causing damage from:
1) Use of incorrect line voltage or any electrical damage which results
in system failure
2) Failure to comply with Installation and Operation Instructions
3) Failure to adhere to National Electrical Code and Underwriter's
Laboratories codes and guidelines
4) Vandalism or acts of civil unrest
5) "Acts of God” and other factors beyond the control of
CentraLite
Replacement or cost of repair of components of equipment external
to or incorrectly connected to a CentraLite lighting control system
1) Security equipment
2) Audio Visual equipment
3) Heating, ventilating, and cooling equipment
4) Personal Computers
5) Lighting devices
Evidence of tampering, unauthorized repairs or adjustments
Failure to contact CentraLite within 30 days of property purchase
to transfer remainder of warranty period
